  • The Creative Director inspires and leads the creative team to make a difference by solving client challenges through ideas, strategy, creativity and the use of media. The CD directs the effort to develop creative concepts and effective storytelling, offers strategic guidance throughout the duration of client projects and leads new business pitches. The CD must have the ability to execute innovative and effective concepts and is responsible for inspiring colleagues to innovate and harness new ways of thinking. The CD also works in conjunction with the Client Success team to actively build strong client relationships to contribute to growing the breadth of business with existing clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Communicate ideas to clients succinctly, with strategic insight and excitement!

    • Deliver innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities.

    • Ensure that creative is innovate/groundbreaking but also grounded in brand purpose and values

    • Assist is creative development of in-house IP and original content.

    • Assemble freelance creative support as needed.

    • Proactive thinking and willingness to innovate beyond the brief

    • Lead the creative team of strategists, copywriters, designers, producers, editors, photographers and assistants – to ensure we’re creating culturally resonant and culturally relevant offerings

    • Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure all creative timelines are met.

    • Ability to build authentic relationships with clients and colleagues

    • Enthusiasm to tell resonant stories no matter the brand size — small, big and yet to be launched brands.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • 5+ years of experience of agency experience

    • A portfolio that shows successful campaigns

    • Expert knowledge in design, brand development, creative processes

    • Practical knowledge of production processes, technologies, design & art theory.

    • On the pulse of social/cultural trends

    • Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people

    • Dynamic presentation skills and client facing experience.

  • The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level support to our founders, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and fostering effective communication within the team. This role requires proactivity, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for anticipating the needs of our leadership team.

    Job Overview & Responsibilities: You'll be immersed in a range of activities that support our executive team. Your role will involve:

    • The art of anticipation: Providing high-level administrative support.

    • Being the keeper of time: Overseeing our company calendar and individual executive calendars.

    • Making sure we're in the know: Handling confidential information, maintaining records, preparing pre-meeting briefs, etc.

    • Keeping our space beautiful: Coordinating office maintenance, deliveries, and organization, creating a workspace we all love.

    • Supporting our creative leads: Offering assistance to our directors, producers, and top-level executives, both in the office and on set.

    • Managing executive personal needs, including emails, meals, errands, and appointments.

    • Coordinating travel arrangements

    • Screening and responding: Handling incoming calls and correspondence.

    • Innovating for efficiency: Implementing new processes and technology to boost our productivity.

    • Reporting to our CEO, CCO, and CFO.

    Qualifications: We're seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience, who possesses strong familiarity with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Mac-based office programs (Pages, Keynote). Previous administrative experience in the entertainment industry is preferred.
